TRP Polymer Solutions was established in 2004, based in Hereford, UK, we design, develop, and
manufacture custom rubber mouldings and ‘O’ rings for industries worldwide including chemical
processing, oil & gas, aerospace, nuclear, pharmaceutical, motorsport, and medical. Supplying North
America, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Southern Asia, Asia Pacific, and
Australasia.

TRP Polymer Solutions have the capacity to manufacture high or low volumes of components
including O-rings, seals, and gaskets, down to a single part if required. We are also an ISO 9001:2015 registered company. Download our ISO certificate here. We have invested heavily in
machinery, equipping our 40,000 square-foot factory with a wide range of compression moulding
presses. Our world-class manufacturing facilities now comprises of:

• Ten 300 mm x 300 mm presses
• Twelve 440 mm x 440 mm presses
• Twelve 500 mm x 500 mm presses
• Four 800 mm x 800 mm presses.
• Large daylight 1.2 x 1.2 x 1m presses
• Largest press size is 3m x 2m

TRP’s technical staff offer advice on material selection and product development, developing long-term relationships with our customers to enable us to enhance their product performance.

With our flexible production process, we are able to offer short lead times for both custom products and high-performance FFKM O-Rings, with the ability to meet short prototype development targets.
