F1 Custom moulded components

TRP Polymer Solutions Ltd are proud to continue their long history of supplying custom rubber moulded components for Mercedes AMG F1 engines.

The Silver Arrows F1 WO9, powered by the AMG F1 M09 EQ Power+ achieved success once again during the 2018 Formula 1, winning their fifth world championship in a row.

In a letter to TRP Polymer Solutions Ltd, Mercedes AMG High-Performance Powertrains (HPP) Managing Director, Andy Cowell, said: “This year’s championship has been both challenging and exciting at the same time and we could not have achieved these results without your hard work, dedication and support. Please pass our personal thanks to each and every one of your team who has contributed to this success.”

During the 2018 Formula 1, the Silver Arrows scored 655 points, winning 11 races, achieving 13 pole positions and 24 podiums. Once again, our custom rubber mouldings have continued to enable Mercedes AMG race cars to operate above and beyond expectations in the most demanding environments, whilst making every lap count.

We are extremely proud of our enduring partnership with Mercedes AMG and to have once again played our own small part in their success. We believe there is no greater stage than F1 to demonstrate the endurance, durability and reliability of our custom moulded components. Over the course of a lap, a race weekend and a season, our components will be subjected to the highest degrees of stress, temperature and pressure.
