Advanced performance polymer materials

TRP Polymer Solutions produces high-performance polymer sealing solutions using a wide range of materials. All of which are carefully selected for their unique characteristics and suitability for your application environment. Our team of expert polymerists are well-versed in developing products from the most advanced polymer materials available today, including our own grades of specially formulated TRPlast perfluoroelastomers (FFKM). 

Rigorous testing and prototyping

An important part of the conceptual design process is testing. We undertake polymer FEA, feasibility DFMEA and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to test the integrity of a design. Thereafter, prototyping allows us to rigorously test the performance and durability of a product design before production begins. Our investment in the latest technology has even enabled us to reduce the rejection rate of prototypes by more than 90%.

Agile manufacturing processes

We can support your requirements with KANBAN systems, consignment stock and scheduled call-off orders to agreed on-site stock levels. Our agile manufacturing processes enable us to deliver your polymer sealing solutions swiftly. We can supply to quick lead-times, as short as 48 hours for specialist ‘O’ rings and 7 days, where new tooling is required. We also identify cost reduction opportunities using Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE).
